Description

The Processor plays a critical role in supporting the driver recruiters and the recruiting department. This position is responsible for ensuring proper and accurate information regarding applications and ensuring DOT guidelines are followed. This person must be an example of our company culture, The PRIDE Way.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Pay starts at: $17/ per hour DOE and includes a discretionary, performance-based, monthly incentive

Your responsibilities will include
  • Reviewing applicants to ensure DOT guidelines are followed.
  • Administering driver qualifying reports (DAC, MVR, PSP, criminal background).
  • Contacting prospective driving employees to obtain verification of employment.
  • Daily communication with both recruiting and safety departments.
Job requirements
  •  Someone who is reliable. You’ll show up every day and be on-time.
  •  Stellar customer service (minimum of two years).
  •  Someone who is detail-oriented.
  •  Professional communication, both verbal and written.
  •  Trucking experience, in this particular area, preferred.
  •  Excellent organizational skills.
  •  Working knowledge of Microsoft office.

 

Qualified applicants will complete a pre-employment drug screen (hair follicle testing), verification of employment and background screen.**
