General Summary: Perform corrective maintenance on company tractors. Diagnose and repair medium to heavy-duty trucks, including preventative maintenance, inspections, repair to air brakes, tires, warranty procedures, driveline, steering and suspension, electrical, AC refrigeration, and overhaul, with safety as the top priority

Schedule: Friday through Monday; 1:30 PM-12:00 AM (4 Shifts on, 3 days off!)
Pay: DOE, starts at: $22+ per hour.

- Identify, diagnose and resolve tractor related issues, i.e. ELD devices, Direct TV, Inverter, tachometer, speedometer, power steering power divider, U-joint, transmission, rear end, A/C, starter, alternator, APU, etc. Ensure that tasks are performed in a safe, professional, and timely manner as to best represent Pride Transport.
- · Diagnose / repair / replace faulty components, systems and parts
- · Create repair order tickets and account for time
- · Attendance is essential job function
- · Perform other task/duties as assigned by management
- · Keep work area clean
- Knowledge of heavy-duty equipment, and transportation
- Ability to organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities
- Ability to pay close attention to details and ensure accuracy

- Must be able to operate heavy equipment including forklift
- Must be 18 years or older due to the equipment used in this position
