General Summary:The Night Support is the first point of contact for the company’s customers and drivers after hours. Night Support is responsible for ensuring proper and accurate information regarding the service of the customer’s freight. Night Dispatch maintains an efficient, professional, and stellar example of what the company stands for not only customer base but to our internal customers, our driving fleet. Schedule: Rotating Schedule of 4 Shifts on 4 Shifts Off 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM.
Pay: Annual Base Salary of $41,600 to $47,840 depending on experience + discretionary monthly incentive

- 1-2 years of experience dispatching OTR fleets preferred
- Have working knowledge of all Federal, State, and local transportation laws and regulations
- High degree of initiative and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Work
- Ability to organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities
- Ability to pay close attention to details and to ensure accuracy of driver load information
- Ability to create a team environment and sustain employee commitment
