The Fleet Manager partners with and monitors their respective fleet for the daily pick-up and delivery of customer freight. This individual is an example of and perpetuates the company’s culture, i.e. The Pride Way and its core values.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Pay: Depends on experience. Annual salary range of: $41,600 to $53,000 (DOE) + monthly performance incentive.

• Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Dispatching and customer service experience. Minimum of 2 years.
  • Stellar communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment.
  • McLeod software experience a plus.
  • Class A CDL driving experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge.
