Description

The Customer Service Support person plays a critical role in helping maintain customer relationships through quick, efficient and accurate data entry, appointment scheduling and overall stellar customer service.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (some flexibility here)

Pay starts at: $15 per hour and includes a discretionary, performance-based, monthly bonus

Your responsibilities will include
  • Data entry
  • Appointment setting
  • Daily communication with customer regarding loads
  • Load tracking
  • Load editing
  • Problem solving
  • Customer web site maintenance
  • Attendance is an essential job function
Job requirements
  • Someone who is reliable. You’ll show up every day and be on-time.
  • Customer Service (minimum of two years)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Professional communcation, both verbal and written
  • Trucking experience preferred
