- 10 year work history (including non-driving)
- 3 years verifiable history
Record
- NO felonies within past 10 years
- NO more than 1 moving violation in past 3 years
- NO DUI's in the last 10 years
- NO reckless driving tickets in the past 10 years
- NO rollovers
Driver in Training
Experience
- No expereiced required
- Valid CDL
- Pass initial road test evaluation
- At least 23 years of age
Testing
- Pass DOT physical test
- Pass physical abilities test
- Pass a drug test
Record
- NO felonies within past 10 years
